Biography - Phyllis J Langone


Dr. Phyllis J. Langone holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Biochemistry from the City University of New York, an M.B.A. in Finance, an M.S. in Biology, and an M.A. in Secondary Education from Adelphi University. She earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the State University of New York. Dr. Langone's research experience is primarily in biochemical pharmacology and cancer biology and secondarily in neurophysiology and neuropathology. She has experience working with and managing hazardous, radioactive, and pathogenic materials. She has many years of business experience, and she has owned and operated her own business. She has experience teaching a wide variety of variety of courses, both onground and online. Dr. Langone's interests include environmental and health issues, economics, technology and her family.
