Biography - Andrew J Reader

Andrew Reader currently teaches courses in Meteorology, specifically Introduction to Meteorology and starting in 2010, Hazardous Weather. Andrew has a B.S. and M.S. in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.

Andrew currently serves as Program Manager for the Office of Weather Program and Projects (OWPP) at the University of Oklahoma. OWPP facilitates the technology transfer from the weather community at OU to international partners and agencies. Prior to working with OWPP, Andrew spent nearly 10 years working in education outreach to public safety officials in Oklahoma. Andrew has extensive experience in providing education to non-meteorology students.

Andrew resides in Norman, OK, and has for the last 13 years.
