Biography - Jacqueline Mangieri


Dr. Jackie Mangieri is a lifelong teacher and learner. She received a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota-Morris, and three years later she received her MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN. She completed some additional graduate coursework in adult learning theory and instructional design, and in March 2008 she completed PhD in Education with an emphasis in Post-Secondary and Adult Education with a research focus on online learning.

Dr. Mangieri has taught at both the K12 and post-secondary levels for over fourteen years. She has also worked in curriculum development and administration at the university level. In addition, she co-founded a consulting business specializing in instructional design and online education.

Most importantly, Dr. Mangieri is a wife and mother. She enjoys working out, reading, and crafting. Her family also enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, camping, and playing fierce badminton games in their backyard.
