Biography - Michael M Mihajlovic


Dr. Michael Mihajlovic earned a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in clinical child and adolescent psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007. His dissertation was on Serial Marriage and Patterns of Personality The Role of Personality in the Pattern of Marriage, Divorce, and Remarriage. Dr. Mihajlovic also earned an MA in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2005, an MS in General Psychology from Capella University of 2003, and a BS in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Mercy College in 2001. After completing a doctoral internship at the Streamwood Behavioral Health Center in 2007, he held a post-doctoral fellowship at the Counseling and Diagnostic Center of Woodfield from 2007 to 2008. Dr. Mihajlovic has taught psychology, including the facilitation an APA style lab, online since 2003. He currently works in a small group practice in Schaumburg, Illinois, serving as the Director of Child and Adolescent Services. His professional interests include group therapy, psychological testing, pervasive developmental disorders, and clinical supervision.
