Randall  Cuthbert

Randall Cuthbert works as an Associate Professor with the American Public University System, developing and instructing courses in disaster response, emergency management, and homeland security.

Randall is a former member of the Disaster Reserves of the American Red Cross, a professional cadre of leaders who stand duty to respond on short notice to national emergencies as needed. During his tenure, he responded to Hurricane Katrina, the San Diego wildfires, and Hurricane Ike, among others.

Randall earned his Ph.D. at Saybrook University studying peace and conflict resolution. VDM Verlag, a noted publisher of academic works, has published his dissertation, titled 'Peace with North Korea'. He also holds a Master of Science in (Organizational) Systems Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.

Randall spent a 20-year career as a U.S. Air Force civil engineer, serving or working in Italy, Germany, Spain, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Iceland, Japan, and Korea. He currently resides in Lake Ozark, Missouri. His interests include sailing, diving, and salmon fishing.
