Biography - Margie K Askins

Margie Askins received her MA in English from Western Carolina University. Her thesis was a creative one woman performance play entitled, "Just Waking Up." Ms. Askins has experience teaching composition online for three years, as well as developing online courses focusing on writing, as well as Journalism. In addition to spending time with her nine year old son, and three year old daughter, Margie enjoys reading, gardening, and hiking in the gorgeous mountains of Western North Carolina that she calls home.
