Eileen Gleason received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education and Special Education from St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO. She earned her Master of Science degree in Education from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, MO
Having eighteen years of teaching experience, Mrs. Gleason has focused mainly on special needs students. She is also currently certified to teach visually impaired/blind students. For the past ten years, she has been working in the inner city school system of St. Louis coordinating the program for the visually impaired.
She previously owned and managed a graphic communication business in St. Louis. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Utilizing her experience with a wide variety of learning styles and abilities, Mrs. Gleason hopes to assist the APUS students in realizing academic success.
