Biography - Philip Watts

Philip Watts received a Bachelors degree in Cartography from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Applied Geography from New Mexico State University. Phil is currently employed with the Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management in New Mexico as a Cartographer/GIS Specialist.
