Biography - Mishelle Shepard


Mishelle Shepard is a language teacher and freelance writer, who began her teaching career overseas with the US Peace Corps. She has since taken teaching and writing assignments in several different countries including France, Thailand, Spain, and the Czech Republic. An American citizen and native English speaker, she is also fluent in French, and conversational in Czech and Spanish. She's also a freelance writer who has published dozens of articles and ghostwritten a successful book series on personal financial planning. She has a MA in French Language & Literature from Arizona State University with post-grad coursework in language teaching technology. She has been a presenter on this topic at various conferences. In addition to educational technology, her many interests include sociology, social psychology, international education, environmental and sociocultural sustainability.
