Biography - Alfred A Cicere


Al Cicere has both a BS and MEd from Towson University. He recently retired from Anne Arundel County Public Schools as an 8th grade science teacher. During his thirty one year career as both an elementary and middle school teacher, he has taught grades three through six, and grades seven and eight in the middle school. Al has taught at three schools during his career, Park Elementary School in Brooklyn Park, Maryland; Overlook Elementary school in North Linthicum, Maryland; and Brooklyn Park Middle School in Brooklyn Park, Maryland. Al was named "Outstanding Young Man of America" in 1983, and was included in the "Who's Who Among America's Teachers" in 2006.

Al lives in Pasadena, Maryland with his wife Nancy, daughter Faith, grandson Christian, and a very spirited sheltie, named Shasta.
