Elizabeth Crosier earned a bachelor’s of fine art from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. Ms. Crosier has more than 13 years experience in government service enforcing environmental law and regulations. During that time, she has negotiated successful outcomes in over 100 enforcement cases resulting in over 50 million dollars of pollution abatement capital improvements. Ms. Crosier currently manages a state-wide compliance and enforcement program for which she has authored an enforcement manual and training guidance. In her free time, she travels and writes fiction.
