Biography - Joseph F Hulsey

Joe Hulsey has extensive experience in all aspects of the RF spectrum. Beginning as an Electronics technician Mr. Hulsey’s technical experience includes maintenance, employment, systems engineering, integration and testing of communications, radar, RF countermeasures, computer and computer software systems. He has experience with mainframe, desk/laptop and embedded computers, digital and analog receivers and low to very high power amplifiers. He has been an Electronic Attack and Information Warfare/Information Operations practitioner and system developer. He has experience working with Navy, Marine Corps, Army and Air Force EW/IW/IO systems.
Additionally, Mr. Hulsey has experience managing very small to extremely large scale Electronic Warfare technical development programs in the U.S. Navy and in industry. He is still involved in concept development of Communications & Radar countermeasures systems. He and his family live in beautiful Poulsbo, WA.

Joe Hulsey attended Miami University where he received a BS in Systems Analysis and Boston University where he received an MBA.
