Christian J. Kazmierczak received a bachelor’s degree in criminology and psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in administration from Central Michigan University. A retired U.S. Marine having served in numerous infantry and special operations assignments over the course of his more than 24 years of enlisted and commissioned service, Lieutenant Colonel Kazmierczak is the Liaison to the U.S. Special Operations Command for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. He is the author of numerous classified studies and analyses dealing with topics of special operations roles and missions, the counterproliferation of weapons of mass destruction, contamination avoidance and policy implications relating to adversary use of weapons of mass destruction.
