Biography - Linda A Gullatte


Ms. Gullatte holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, Marietta, Georgia. She obtained a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Clark-Atlanta University and has worked in the Counseling/Mental Health field for the past 8 years.Her current position is an Emergency Room Assessor/Counselor. After the patient sees the doctor, she speaks with the patient in order to determine the best level of care.


Prior to working in the counseling/mental health field, Ms. Gullatte worked for 21 years at Bellsouth Telecommunications, Inc., in a number of capacities. During her years at Bellsouth, she had the opportunity to share in training new colleagues. She found that the training opportunities were always enjoyable and that it was very fulfilling to observe someone learn and master new concepts and skills.


Ms. Gullatte obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees while working full-time and consequently understands the time management and juggling of activities experienced by students at APUS.


Ms. Gullatte lives in a suburb of Atlanta. In addition to teaching, Ms. Gullatte has a "small" private counseling practice. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, cooking and watching LAW & ORDER on television.
