Margaret Rutter Foltz has worked in the field of Information Technology for over eighteen years. She has achieved a Master of Science in Information Technology as well as multiple technical and security certifications (CISSP, ISSMP, CISA, ITIL, MCSE). Ms. Foltz has successfully managed technical staff and offshore resources encompassing the following functional areas -- Network, Email and PC Support, Help Desk, Web Development, Telecommunications, Security and Training. She has a proven track record of successfully directing others to exceed expectations and has demonstrated an ability to effectively build, motivate, and lead global, matrixed teams that are attuned to organizational culture, responsive to business needs, and committed to integrity and excellence. Ms. Foltz’s eighteen-plus years of Information Technology experience includes positions as Network and Application Analyst, System Administrator and Supervisor, Infrastructure Specialist Team Lead, IT Security Manager, IT Manager, and Chief of Information Security spanning across the Financial, Healthcare, IT Services and Distribution sectors.
