Biography - Bret T Miller


Professor Bret T. Miller is active duty in the United States Air Force presently stationed in Hawaii. His tenure has taken him to the Washington D.C. area, South Korea, Japan and now Hawaii for the second time. During these assignments he has remained active in sports by playing various squadron related athletics, coaching youth sports, and instructing sports clinics. He also serves as a sports instructor for Central Texas College and National University teaching courses in fitness, weight training, basketball, golf, and soccer. He is a graduate of the American Public University System earning a B.S. degree in Sports/Health Sciences with honors and a M.A. degree in Sports Management also with honors. He also has earned an A.A.S. in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force. These experiences have enabled him to become very familiar with the online learning format which has in-turn made his teaching experience an advantage to his students. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing all types of sports, working out regularly, and fishing.
