Learn About Joseph

BA in Military History | School of Arts & Humanities

Since he was 10 years old, Joseph’s passion was military history. After being diagnosed with cancer, he took a fresh look at his future and focused on earning a bachelor’s in military history.

He was deployed at the time and two friends were attending AMU and explained to Joseph how the classes were online and the school was military-friendly.

That’s when he decided to enroll at AMU. The rest as they say is history.

How He Did it

High School

Joseph left high school at age 18 then went back to college at 42.

Getting Started

Two military friends recommended AMU to Joseph when he was still on active duty.

Flexibility

The flexibility AMU offers allowed Joseph to get his education and maintain a full-time work schedule.
Knowledge is power. The more knowledge you have, that's something you can pass on to others to make them more knowledgeable, more powerful.
